Delete your account

In the app — immediate

Open AirParcel and go to Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
Type your username to confirm, and tap Delete my account.

It happens at once. There is no waiting period and no way back.

Without the app

If you have lost the app or the phone, email info@airparcel.app from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We will do it within 30 days and write back when it is done. We may have to ask you something only the account holder would know — that is to stop somebody else deleting your account, not to talk you out of it.

What is deleted

Your name, username and photo
Your Fuel, your fleet and everything you unlocked
Your date of birth
Your connections, so nobody can send to you again
Your notification tokens

Your sign-in is unlinked and the account can never be used again. Signing up later with the same Google account starts a new, separate account.

What is kept, and why

Parcels you already sent stay with the people who received them — without your name on them. They are that person's correspondence as much as they were yours, the same way an email you sent sits in somebody else's inbox. We cannot reach into other people's accounts and remove what they were given.

Safety reports about the account are kept. If deleting an account erased the reports against it, then "delete account" would be a button for erasing your own record, and the people who most needed it would be the first to find it.
