AirParcel

Terms of Service

Last updated 15 September 2026

1. What AirParcel is

AirParcel flies messages between real airports. You pack a parcel, it takes real time to arrive, and somebody opens it at the other end. It is a game and a way of writing to people you know. It is not a courier, it does not move physical objects, and nothing you send here is delivered anywhere in the world.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 13. We ask your date of birth once, before the app opens. If you tell us you are under 13 we will not let you in, and you cannot answer again on that account.

Under 18, some things stay off. You cannot be found by strangers through Discover or the pilot map, and people you have not added cannot reach you.

One account per person. Do not use somebody else's.

3. What you may not send

You keep the rights to what you write and what you attach. You give us only what we need to deliver it, show it to the person you sent it to, and keep the service running.

Do not send:

The first message between two people carries text only. Photos, voice notes and files unlock once the other person has written back and their parcel has landed.

4. Moderation

Anybody can report a parcel or a profile, and a person reads every report. A moderator can also open a parcel nobody reported — for a complaint that reached us another way, or a pattern across accounts — and they cannot do it quietly: every opening takes a written reason and is recorded. Attached files are checked against a list of files already confirmed illegal; nothing looks at your pictures. The privacy policy sets all of this out in full.

We can warn, restrict, suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules. Where we can tell you why, we will.

5. Fuel

Fuel is what flights cost. You can earn it or buy it.

6. Leaving

You can delete your account at any time from your profile, or by writing to us. It is immediate and there is no undo. Parcels you have already sent stay with the people who received them, without your name on them — the same way an email you sent sits in somebody else's inbox. Safety records about the account are kept.

7. The boring but necessary part

AirParcel is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and we do not promise it never breaks, never loses a parcel, or is available at every moment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited, and in some places consumer law gives you rights these terms cannot take away.

8. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect — not by quietly editing this page.
